Cappuccino Ice Cream Mini Cake
Cappuccino Ice Cream
8 graham crackers
1/4 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp corn syrup
1/2 cup dark chocolate bits
1/4 tsp vanilla
a pinch of salt
Take out the ice cream from the freezer to make it spreadable.
To make the fudge, heat cream and corn syrup, pour over chopped chocolate and stir until melted, then stir in vanilla and season with salt, set aside.
Layer the graham crackers in a serving container.
Layer the ice cream evenly.
Spread the fudge over.
Freeze until ready to serve.
Serve and enjoy!
