Lock in the garden-fresh taste with our flash-frozen broccoli florets! Harvested at peak ripeness, then washed, trimmed, blanched, and frozen within hours to preserve their vibrant color, crisp texture, and essential nutrients. Steam, roast, or stir-fry these versatile florets for a quick and delicious addition to any meal.

Steamer: Spread the florets in a steamer basket. Place them over simmering water and cook for 12 minutes.

Pressure cooker: Cook for 3 minutes.

Casserole: In a pot of boiling water, immerse the desired amount of broccoli. Cook for 8 minutes from simmering. Drain.

Microwave (250g): Pour the broccoli flowers in a suitable dish with 1/4 glass of water. Cover and cook for 9 minutes.

Microwave (500g): Pour the broccoli flowers in a suitable dish with 1/2 glass of water. Cover and cook for 12 minutes.

Won’t disappoint you

I’m usually skeptical about frozen veggies but this didn’t disappoint me - florets are of good size, quality and taste!!!

Great quality broccoli

I love broccoli and these packs spare me of having to chop! I just get a bunch from the freezer and pop them straight into my electric grill. A timesaver!
