Have a hearty breakfast or brunch with sausage pieces and egg on your bed of greens. Sprinkle a bit with olive oil infused with hot pepper to make it more piquant.
Ingredients
1 piece Cheese Hungarian sausage, sliced
1 piece Frankfurter sausage, sliced
1 egg, poached
A bunch of preferred greens
A drizzle of evoo with hot pepper (optional)
Directions
Lay your greens on a plate.
Spread the sausage slices all over it.
Top with a poached egg.
Drizzle olive oil with hot pepper.
