- -3 spoonfuls of Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- -2 spoonfuls of Borges Raspberry Red Wine Vinegar
- -250 grams rainbow pasta
- -12 cherry tomatoes
- -4 crab meat sticks
- -2 grated carrots
- -1 can of palm hearts
- - 1 can of pickles
- - 1 can of sweet corn
- - 1 small can of olives
- - 1 can of soy sprouts
- - 1 small can of tuna
- - 1 small can of artichokes
- - 1 can of peas
- - 2 thick slices of ham (diced)
- - Diced cheese
- - 8 anchovies
- - Salt
DirectionsCook the pasta according to directions, with a drizzle of olive oil. Drain and set aside.Chop the rest of ingredients (except the anchovies) and mix with the pasta in a large salad bowl. Mix olive oil, vinegar and salt.
