Rainbow Pasta Salad with Raspberry Wine and Olive Oil Dressing

3 spoonfuls of Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 spoonfuls of Borges Raspberry Red Wine Vinegar
250 grams rainbow pasta
12 cherry tomatoes
4 crab meat sticks
2 grated carrots
1 can of palm hearts
1 can of pickles
1 can of sweet corn
1 small can of olives
1 can of soy sprouts
1 small can of tuna
1 small can of artichokes
1 can of peas
2 thick slices of ham (diced)
Cook the pasta according to directions, with a drizzle of olive oil. Drain and set aside.
Chop the rest of ingredients (except the anchovies) and mix with the pasta in a large salad bowl. Mix olive oil, vinegar and salt.
Drizzle to dress the salad. Arrange the anchovies on top.
Serve and enjoy!
