Frozen Blueberry Tart

A fresh and fruity pie made from hand-picked wild blueberries, a light berry, low in sugar and low in calories. With frangipane cream rich in almonds.

Whole blueberries with natural glaze layered on a rich blueberry-flavoured buttery frangipane encased in shortcrust pastry, delicately hand-crafted by the expert in desserts and pastries.

From an authentic fruity recipe, creamy pie rich in our favorite berry:
• Hand-picked wild blueberries
• All butter shortcrust pastry
• Rich almond frangipane
• French wheat flour and sugar
• Made with free-range eggs
• NO preservatives or coloring
• NO artificial aroma
• Palm oil-free
• GMO-free


Preparation and Serving:

In the oven
• Preheat the oven to 210°C, thermostat 7, for about 10 minutes,
• Straight from the freezer, remove the transparent bag and the foil tray,
• Place the tart on a baking tray,
• Heat for 10 minutes.
• Allow to cool for 30 minutes before serving.

In the refrigerator
• Straight from the freezer, remove the transparent bag and the foil tray,
• Place the tart on a plate,
• Defrost the tart in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.

At room temperature
• Straight from the freezer, remove the transparent bag,
• Turn out the tarts and place them on a plate,
• Allow to defrost for 3 hours at room temperature before serving.

• Serve and enjoy!

NOTE: store in the refrigerator (0°C to +4°C) if not serving immediately.
