This fruit purée is crafted from a meticulous selection of ripe, high-quality blueberries, carefully harvested by expert producers. Finely sieved and processed in Valence, France, this fruit purée maintains a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, while preserving the fresh, vibrant flavor of the fruit. It's an excellent choice for making smoothies, shakes, drinks, ice creams, pastries, cheesecakes, muffins, and cakes.

Made with only natural ingredients, our blueberry purée contains no preservatives, artificial colors, or added flavorings. A touch of sugar is added to ensure consistent taste and quality in every batch. Ideal for both home chefs and professionals seeking authentic fruit flavor.

In order to maintain product quality, the manufacturer recommends defrosting the product in its original closed packaging at a temperature between 35°F and 39°F (+2 / +4°C), 24 hours minimum.

To unmold or cut your frozen purée easily, we recommend one of the following methods: remove the lid, do not remove the protective seal and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes; or leave the lid and protective seal on, run the tray under lukewarm water for 30 seconds at least before removing the lid and protective seal. Defrosting and storage after defrosting are the user’s responsibility and must be done in accordance with good hygiene and HACCP practices.

Never refreeze a defrosted product.
