A lighter version of a traditional recipe in Savoyard gastronomy to enjoy in all simplicity. Indulge yourself with the blueberry taste, slightly sweetened and acidulous, it works perfectly in a clafoutis.
Ingredients
3 eggs
2 tbsp agave syrup
2 tbsp orange blossom water
150 g frozen blueberries
200 ml skimmed milk
50 g flour
1 tsp butter
1 sachet vanilla sugar
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the 3 eggs with the agave syrup and a tablespoon of orange blossom water.
Add the flour and mix well.
Then pour in the milk little by little.
Butter a baking pan and pour the mixture into it.
Sprinkle the blueberries evenly over the mixture.
Sprinkle it with vanilla sugar.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (th.6).
Sprinkle again with vanilla sugar after taking it out of the oven.
Let cool and enjoy warm or cold.
