🔥 Pro Tips for Cooking Salmon Perfectly

  • Bring to Room Temperature

Allow the salmon to rest at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before cooking to promote even heat distribution throughout the fillet.

  • Avoid Overcooking

Cook until opaque and flaky. Use a thermometer: 125°F (52°C) for rare, 135°F (57°C) for medium.

  • Experiment with Flavors

Try Cajun rubs, Asian marinades, or Mediterranean herbs. Salmon pairs well with bold and subtle profiles alike.
