Try this delightful combination of tender chicken breast fillets and crisp asparagus in this simple yet elegant dish, perfectly seasoned and pan-seared to golden perfection. Ideal for a quick weeknight dinner or a sophisticated meal.
Ingredients
2 Organic Chicken Breast Fillets - Halal
1 bundle of fresh green asparagus
1 thickly sliced clove of garlic
1 pinch dried oregano
1 tbsp sesame seeds
20 ml white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Boil cleaned asparagus in salted water for 10 minutes.
Drain, sprinkle with salt, and set aside.
Cut the fillets into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the fillets in garlic slices until golden brown.
Add the oregano and the wine.
Cook for another 5 minutes to let the alcohol evaporate.
Add the cooked asparagus and heat through.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
