Zesty Sea Bass Fillets

Try this light yet flavorful dish that combines the delicate taste of sea bass with the vibrant zest of refreshing citrus salsa for a deliciously fresh meal.

Ingredients

2 pcs Chilean Sea Bass Fillets
1 small orange
Extra-virgin olive oil classic
1 ½ tbsp fresh parsley or basil, chopped
2 tbsp white onion, thinly sliced
½ tsp minced garlic
½ tbsp lime juice, fresh
Salt and black pepper
a pinch of paprika

Directions

Set the oven to broil and preheat to high.
In a small bowl, mix a few teaspoons of oil with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Place the fish on a baking sheet and coat it with that mixture.
Broil the fish until it starts to brown and flakes easily, around 10 minutes or so.
Keep the fillets warm.
Peel the orange and cut it into small pieces.
In a bowl, whisk together the herbs, garlic, lime juice, a spoonful of oil, a pinch of salt, and pepper.
Add the chopped onions and orange.
Spoon the salsa over the fish before serving.
