450 g pasta, cooked
1 can strained tomatoes
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp each of preferred herbs (basil, rosemary, oregano...)
Sea salt & black pepper
Over medium heat, sauté garlic in a saucepan in the heated olive oil.
Add the herbs, stir occasionally.
Pour in the strained tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil and let simmer until the sauce thickens.
Serve with the pasta.
