2 pots 100ml non-fat yogurt
15 g dark chocolate
15 g choice of mixed nuts
1/2 cm vanilla bean
1 pinch cinnamon
1 tbsp natural sweetener like honey, or stevia
Crush the nuts and roast/toast/grill them in a non-stick pan or oven without oil until golden.
Let cool well.
Mix the yogurt, vanilla seeds, cinnamon, and sweetener together.
Place the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for a few seconds.
Take a small bowl and place the frozen yogurt.
Top with crushed nuts and melted chocolate.
