Raspberry-Almond Frozen Yoghurt
150 g frozen raspberries
1 cm vanilla bean
1 pot yogurt
10 g blanched sliced almonds
1 tsp powdered sweetener
1 shortcrust biscuit
In a bowl, combine the egg, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
Dip the slices of bread into the egg mixture then place it on waxed paper.
Cover each slice with chopped almonds.
Cook on a nonstick pan for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Drizzle with honey.
