U.S. Blanched Sliced Almonds
Creamy white almonds with the same nutty taste, sliced and skin taken out. They are blanched through a warm bath until they become soft enough to take the skin off easily then sliced to perfect portions to fit your needs.

Raspberry-Almond Frozen Yoghurt
150 g frozen raspberries
1 cm vanilla bean
1 pot yogurt
10 g blanched sliced almonds
1 tsp powdered sweetener
1 short crust biscuit
In a bowl, combine the egg, milk, sweetener and vanilla extract.
Dip the slices of bread into the egg mixture then place it on waxed paper.
Cover each slice with chopped almonds.
Cook on a nonstick pan for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Drizzle with honey.
Serve and enjoy!
