Ingredients
3 g Chaï tea (spicy black tea)
70 ml Ponthier blackcurrant fruit puree
300 ml water at 90°C
1 cinnamon stick
Directions
In a tea pitcher, place the tea, the blackcurrant purée and pour the hot water to start the infusion. Serve next to a glass or a cup with a cinnamon stick.
