Gourmet cheddar cheese 1 year aged from Black Jack, matured until it has developed the Old English style vintage flavours. Tasting very sharp & salty yet creamy on the palate. this granular cheese is ideal for the die-hard cheddar fans & with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc to hit the spot.

Grilled Black Jack Cheese Sandwich
2 slices bread
1 slice Black Jack cheddar cheese
1 tbsp Isigny butter
1/2 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
Mix garlic and butter.
Rub mixture on one side of the sliced bread.
Heat pan over medium heat.
Place bread with the side of the butter mixture down on the pan to toast.
Top 1 slice of cheese.
Butter a second slice of bread on one side and top the other cooking slice.
Cook until lightly browned then flip over.
Continue toasting until cheese is melted.
