Light and delicious, this healthy fish fillet recipe is packed with flavor, keeping you satisfied without the extra calories. It's a complete meal in one, perfect for a quick and flavorful weeknight dinner!
Ingredients
2 pcs Black Cod Gindara Fillet
2 pcs Salmon Fillet Portions
400 g carrot
400 g zucchini
400 g celery root or potatoes
1 onion
4 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1 lemon
4 Tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
Peel and wash vegetables (carrots, zucchini, celery root/potatoes).
Cut them into thin sticks.
Peel and chop the onion, adding it to the vegetable mixture for added flavor.
Steam vegetables for 5 minutes.
Cut a square of baking paper.
Place a good half of the vegetables on this paper, then cover the vegetables with the fillets. Arrange the remaining vegetables on top of the fillets.
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Finish by sprinkling with lemon juice.
Close tightly and bake in the oven for around 30 minutes.
At the end of the cooking time, open the papillote and add the Greek yogurt.
Serve immediately.
