Terre Bormane Black Balsamic Cream
Terre Bormane has created a cream based on the traditional process of Riserva balsamic vinegar, a reduction made by cooking or reducing down balsamic vinegar by one half of its volume supplementing it with a few drops of flavor ranging from black pepper to brown sugar, vanilla to lemon. And then there's Cream of Balsamic. This newly developed "crema" has a thick yet smooth creamy texture and full-bodied aromatic flavor.
It has an ideal consistency for decorating sweet and savoury dishes. It also has so many uses - a fine condiment, an excellent dressing to toss into salad or mix in raw vegetables, a recommended pairing for cheese and meat dishes, a perfect ingredient to make into vinaigrette, glaze, and other sauces.
Give a creamy twist to your traditional balsamic vinegar. The black balsamic cream versatility goes from dips, marinades, salad dressings, sauces, to red meats, poultry to desserts like red fruit panna cotta and ice cream. It also pairs well with olive oils or olive oils infused with herbs.
