Liege Belgian Waffles

This variation of Belgian waffle has lighter batter, deeper packets, and bigger squares. It is also sweeter than the traditional ones. Delicious to serve during breakfast and topped with whipped cream, fruits, chocolates, syrups, or jams. Serve with ice cream for a cool dessert. An excellent diversion to your pancake mix. It pairs well with coffee, too.
Ingredients: wheat flour, margarine, sugar, water, egg, yeast, soybean meal, salt, emulsifier, flavor

Storage: Store in the freezer at -18 °C until use. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Shelf life: 2 weeks in the refrigerator
Re-heating: place on a baking sheet and bake at 250 °F until warmed through.
Heavenly Belgian Liege Waffles
2 pcs Belgian Liege Waffles
1/2 cup whipping cream
1-2 tbsp mascarpone
5 pcs strawberries, cut in half
5 pcs blackberries
10 pcs blueberries
Cook noisette potatoes as indicated above.
Cook pork baby back ribs as preferred.
Let sit to cool then cut them into individual ribs.
Put the cooked ribs on a bed of Noisette Potatoes.
Sprinkle with sesame and garnish with mashed onion.
Serve and enjoy!
