These beef tenderloin tips are the perfect size for beef salpicao and barbecue skewers. Nicely trimmed from premium beef tenderloin with consistency in size.

Delivery and Packaging:

Refrigerator, 6 hours

Remove the steaks from their packaging. Assemble them as one layer onto a dish and let thaw for 6 hours.

Microwave, 3 minutes (1 steak), 6 minutes (2 steaks)

Remove the steaks from the packaging and place them in a microwavable dish. Defrost for half the time, then pause the microwave to turn the steaks over for the remainder of the time.


Cooking After Thawing

Stovetop, 4 min

Place the steaks in a hot pan with a little bit fat or on a grill and cook for the indicated time. Rare: 2 minutes over high heat, turning halfway and then 2 minutes on medium heat, turning halfway. Medium rare: 2 minutes over high heat, turning halfway, and then 3 minutes over medium heat, turning halfway.

*To ensure food safety, it is recommended to cook steaks at 145° F (medium heat) and a 3-minute rest after cooking.

Stir-Fry Tenderloin Tips


1 lb USDA Choice Tenderloin Tips
1 1/2 c broccoli flowers
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 large carrots, sliced into strips
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted


Place pan on stovetop over medium-high and put vegetable oil to heat.
Put in tenderloin tips and cook until browned then place on the side of the pan.
Add broccoli flowers, carrots, bell pepper, onion, and garlic and cook in the center. Stir for a couple of minutes.
Include the tips in the stirring and season with soy sauce. Sprinkle the sesame seeds.
Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
Serve and enjoy!
