Tasting Notes

Light yellow with a lively green tint. Hints of passion fruit, ripe figs, and some citrus. A light and refreshing palate teaser, packed with sunny, tropical passion fruit and pineapple, invigorated by a citrus twang and a lively lemon and lime surge on the dry, frisky finish.

Pairing

It’s delicious on its own. It pairs well with almost any fish or seafood, especially sushi, shrimp, grilled prawns, oysters, or mussels in a creamy white wine sauce. Great with pasta, macaroni cheese, or any other creamy pasta. It also marries well with roast chicken and smoked turkey salads.

Ingredients

2 pieces of fresh pineapple
½ shot of Cointreau
½ shot vodka
1 shot pineapple juice
3 shots the beachhouse Sauvignon Blanc
Maraschino cherries

Directions

Pour the Cointreau, vodka, the beachhouse Sauvignon
Blanc and pineapple juice into a Martini shaker and shake.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with pineapple pieces and cherries on a cocktail pick and serve.
