Vintage: 2019

Tasting Notes

Pretty soft salmon pink in color with an alluring fresh fragrance of ripe strawberries and raspberries. A beautifully balanced wine with a softly sweet and succulent summer berry aftertaste that is tantalizingly moreish. Tastes like red cherry lollipops, raspberry and strawberry jelly, Turkish Delight, and cotton candy.

Pairing

Enjoy on its own or with sushi, smoked salmon bagels, creamy pasta, smoked chicken salads, sticky ribs, or BBQ burgers anytime, anywhere.

Recipe Suggestion:

Spaghetti with prawns and tomato

Ingredients

200 g peeled prawns
2 onions
1 can crushed tomatoes
60 g Spaghetti pasta
a pinch or two of Espelette pepper
a pinch or two of Salt and pepper
a glass of The Beachhouse Rosé

Directions

Make a fondue with the chopped onion and the tin of tomato paste without fat. Add the Espelette pepper. Cook until the texture is pasty. Add the shrimp, stir and check the seasoning. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti as indicated in the packaging.
Once drained, put the pasta on a plate, add the sauce, and top with the shrimps. Serve immediately with a glass of The Beachhouse Rosé. Enjoy!

Pleasant, refreshing and very easy to drink. Enjoyable especially when just chilling and binge-watching for a relaxing night at home.
