Spaghetti with prawns and tomato
200 g peeled prawns
1 can crushed tomatoes
60 g Spaghetti pasta
a pinch or two of Espelette pepper
a pinch or two of Salt and pepper
a glass of The Beachhouse Rosé
Make a fondue with the chopped onion and the tin of tomato paste without fat. Add the Espelette pepper. Cook until the texture is pasty. Add the shrimp, stir and check the seasoning. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti as indicated in the packaging.
Once drained, put the pasta on a plate, add the sauce, and top with the shrimps. Serve immediately with a glass of The Beachhouse Rosé. Enjoy!
