Thawing

Take the bacon out of the bag, place them in a dish covered with cling film and let thaw for 6 hours.

Cooking

Pan: Cook over low heat without oil for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.

Oven (205°C): Cook on a metal baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil for 15-20 minutes. Drain grease and let cool.
