Steamer: In a steamer basket placed over simmering water, cover and cook for 20 minutes.

Pressure cooker: Cook for 5 minutes from the time the pressure cooker begins whistling.

Casserole: Cook for 12 minutes from the time the water begins simmering.

Microwave (250g): Leave to cook with ¼ glass of water for 9 minutes.

reliable source of frozen veggies
