Avocado Halves

When it comes to avocados, you never know what to expect. Will they be savory, in a salad with some olive oil and tomatoes? Or will they be sweet, with sugar and milk? These avocados were picked at optimal ripeness and carefully washed, pitted, and then frozen (IQF - individually quick frozen) as close as possible to where they were harvested to maintain maximum freshness.

Making salads and desserts has never been so easy! They work as well on avocado toast, shakes, and more recipes.


Remove from the freezer and put only needed amount to defrost in a secure plastic bag or lidded plastic container. Place in the refrigerator. Slow defrosting from 6-15 hours is preferred. After, put the pack in a container filled with cold water to make defrosting faster. Place back in the refrigerator as soon as defrosted.

Avoid running the vegetables under water or microwaving for defrosting to avoid mushy and soggy textures.

Holy Guacamole!!!
Ordered Avocado halves together with lemonsito calamansi puree and feta cheese: I must say I was all set! It is also perfect for bread toasts!
