Ingredients
1 pack Ready-to-bake Croissant Dough
12 large eggs
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
Farmers Ham Slices (200 grams)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Directions
Prepare the GERALD.ph ready-to-bake croissant according to package instructions.
Prepare the eggs by whisking in a bowl until frothy, then combining with the milk, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in a pan and scramble the eggs using a spatula, about 2 mins.
Slice the croissants, spread about 1 teaspoon of the mustard over the cut-side. Place a slice of ham, top each with a heaping 1/2 cup of scrambled eggs and 1/4 cup of cheese. Place the top half of each croissant over the sandwich.
