Apricot-Glazed Duck

An exquisite fusion of sweet and salty, summer and winter. You will love this quaint dish that is surprisingly simple to prepare. With only 5 ingredients, you can serve a luscious meal that will surely wow your guests. 


200 g duck breast fillets
6 frozen apricots
Herbes de provence
Salt and peppercorns


Defrost the apricot slices.

Heat a non-stick frying pan and brown the apricots for a few minutes on both sides. Add a tablespoon of water at the end of cooking to make the texture syrupy then set aside.

In the same pan, cook the duck slices until golden brown then season with salt and peppercorns.

Add the melting apricots at the end of cooking, sprinkle with herbes de provence and heat for a few minutes.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
