Apricot Fruit Puree

This purée is obtained by the strict selection and the blending of ripe fruit varieties harvested by the producers. It has been finely sieved and packaged in a plant in Valence, France. The production process guarantees an unvarying sugar content and acidity while preserving the fruit's freshness as much as possible. Ideal for smoothies, ice creams, and cakes.

This purée has no preservatives, artificial colors, or added flavoring. Sugar has been added.

In order to maintain product quality, manuracturer recommends to defrost the product in its original closed packaging at a temperature between 35°F and 39°F (+2 / +4°C), 24 hours minimum.

To unmold or cut your frozen purée easily, we recommend one of the following methods: remove the lid, do not remove the protective seal and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes; or leave the lid and protective seal on, run the tray under lukewarm water for 30 seconds at least before removing the lid and protective seal. Defrosting and storage after defrosting are the user’s responsibility and must be done in accordance with good hygiene and HACCP practices.

Never refreeze a defrosted product.

Excellent quality as usual

It's great that this shop has several varieties of fruit and their purees and I'm happy to have found both the fruit and the puree version of apricots. Sweet and tart, thick puree and it makes great desserts!
