Apricot Fruit Purée
This puréed form is made from the classic recipe of 86% puréed fruit and 14% inverted sugar syrup only without additional flavors, colors, preservatives, nor thickening agents.
This purée has been finely sieved and packaged in manufacturer's Valence plant (France). The production process guarantees an unvarying sugar content and acidity while maintaining as much as possible the organoleptic properties of fresh fruit.

The key nutrient of limes is vitamin C. This vitamin acts as an antioxidant counteracting harmful free radicals that cause several diseases in the body. It helps reduce risk of asthma and increase absorption of iron. It helps as well in fighting damage on the skin caused by toxins. One hundred gram serving of this purée provides 50% of the daily recommended value.
The fruit also has several vitamins and minerals in low doses and contains beneficial antioxidants and healthful phytonutrients that help boost general immunity. Lime juice is said to have antifungal and antibacterial properties.

Storage and Defrosting:
In order to maintain product quality, manuracturer recommends to defrost the product in its original closed packaging at a temperature between 35°F and 39°F (+2 / +4°C), 24 hours minimum.
If needed you can also defrost the product in its original packaging in bain-marie or at a mild temperature in a micro-wave oven.
In order to obtain a perfectly homogenous product, manufacturer recommends to defrost the whole product and mix it.
After defrosting, the product can be stored according to the recommendations of the technical specification at +35/+39°F (+2 / +4°C) in its closed packaging.
Defrosting and storage after defrosting are the user’s responsibility and must be done in accordance with good hygiene and HACCP practices. DO NOT REFREEZE A DEFROSTED PRODUCT
