Ampelidae Armance B. Brut Rosé
Organic rosé wine made from organically grown grapes, suitable for vegetarians.
Plowing and cultivation of the soil, in a conducive terroir of limestone with turkish flint, chalk and groin soils. Only organic fertilization. No insecticides, no herbicides. Mechanical and manual harvest for 30%. Certified by ECOCERT.
The principle of champagne pressing is applied by retaining only the cuvée, representing 75% of the juices, without re-cutting. The pressing is pneumatic under neutral gas. 25% of the juices from bleeding. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wines are aged on fine lees until they take a foam in the bottle.

Fresh and fruity bouquet enticed by notes of strawberry and raspberry and hints of brioche. The very fine bubble offers itself delicately in the mouth with red fruit nuances, both supple and fresh. The clean finish continues with delicacy, without heaviness or incisiveness but with rare purity.
Ideal for cocktails or receptions.
Pairs well with roasted poultry, beef, spicy food, lamb.
70% Gamay, 30% Chardonnay
Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks
Aging: 12 months minimum in the cellar, before disgorgement and gross dosage.
