100% natural organic Agave Syrup
Organic agave syrup is a 100% natural sweetener with a low glycemic index and 19% fewer calories than white sugar.
A better way of sweetening food than regular sugar is as it has relatively fewer calories, lesser carbohydrates and sugar, and lesser sodium content. Lowering down some more since it takes a lesser amount of this syrup than the amount needed for sugar.
It has a lower glycemic index, too. Some studies have shown that it may have a good effect on weight loss and glucose control.
It can also be a vegan option as an alternative to honey.
