Tried & Tested All-Purpose Dry Rub

Recipe such is this Dry Spice Rub is a great thing to have handy on a barbecue weekend or for a big roast dinner with the family. I'm careful with the brand I use as I find that taste is just not the same without quality herbs & spices. This is a trusted recipe that you can use for any kind of meat or game: pork, chicken, beef, lamb, venison. Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

½ cup paprika,
3 tbsp ground cumin
2 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
¼ cup salt
¼ cup ground ground black pepper
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup chile powder

Directions

Prepare a sturdy bowl, and add all ingredients in. With a fork, combine all the ingredients. Mix well and break up any lumps that may form. Keep in airtight sealed container, and use for up to 3 months. Rub on your favorite roast, wrap in aluminum foil, and grill or roast as your recipe calls for.
