Tuna Saku for Sashimi

Flash frozen to preserve maximum freshness (one of the most important qualities of sashimi) this yellowfin tuna of the highest grade is prized for its rich flavor, firm texture, and immaculate color. This premium yellowfin saku is boneless and skinless with blood line removed, making it ideal for sashimi or pan searing.

Thawing

Refrigerate overnight or place sealed bag in a dish under running water.

Sashimi

Slice thinly and serve raw immediately with ginger, wasabi, or soy sauce.

Cooking

Brush the slices with olive oil. Sear them for 3-5 minutes in a hot pan over medium heat or on a barbecue, turning them halfway.
