Winemaker’s Notes:

This wine comes from several properties selected by Jean Guillot. The vinifications are made at low temperatures in order to extract the maximum amount of fruit. The assembly of these different batches is then carried out by Jean Guillot who also ensures the bottling in the best conditions.

Region: Entre-deux-mers, Bordeaux

Aging potential:​ 1 to 2 years, but preferably to drink in the year following the harvest to fully appreciate all the fruity aromas.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow slightly greenish. Very fruity with notes of citrus (lemon, grapefruit). Dry but without excessive acidity, this wine is round that favors fruit notes.

Alcohol content: 12%
