Extra Fine Green Beans
Thin green beans are considered to be the cream of the crop of all green beans and proclaimed the most desired gourmet green bean. They are crisp yet tender and sweet yet succulent.

These legumes are harvested in France, precooked in steam and frozen within the day. No coloring and artificial preservatives added, non-gmo. Extra thin around 5 cm in size. The finer version of string beans or snap beans or French beans.
Highly nutritious and versatile. These green beans are so fine they give variety to any dishes while providing a wealth of nutrients.
Green beans are rich in both soluble and insoluble dietary fiber, and antioxidants like flavonoids with anti-inflammatory properties. They are, therefore, able to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases and help declog the arteries and the veins for a smooth blood flow. They may also help in blood sugar level regulation, which is particularly beneficial to diabetics (type 2). In addition, the fibers contained in green beans limit the risk of developing colorectal cancer, help improve digestive system, and promote bowel movements. They allow to be more quickly satiated which avoids weight gain.
They are a rich source of vitamin A, vitamin C and manganese with astounding content of vitamin K, up to 72% of the daily recommendation for every one hundred-gram serving. These nutrients are essential for the eyes and skin, the general immune system and bone health respectively.

Start cooking in a frozen state and cook vegetables at a temperature of at least 75ºC (165ºF). The cooking time varies depending on the type of vegetable and equipment used. For best results, use a fork and prick the vegetable to see if they are ready.
Recommended Cooking Method:
Sauté: Sauté the beans for 3-5 minutes or until desired texture is reached. Remove immediately from heat.
Microwave / Steam: Pour vegetables in a microwaveable dish with ¼ cup of water and cook at on high (180°C / 356°F) for 6-8 minutes.
*Do not refreeze thawed product. If thawed, cook immediately.

Extra Fine Green beans
A bunch of Radishes
Salt and pepper
Chop onions and cut radishes into thin slices.
Sauté onion in an oiled frying pan until golden brown.
Pour in the frozen green beans then heat for a while.
Add the peas, then salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything together in a bowl.
Drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Shelf life: 24 months when kept frozen at -18°C or 0°F.
Delivery: Frozen, packed by 300 grams
