Heating (optional)

Do not defrost or heat in the microwave. Allow defrosting 10 minutes at room temperature. Bake in the oven at 170C for 4-6 minutes.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients

1 pack Chocolate Chip Cookies (GF)
1 cup any dairy-free ice cream
1 bag mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Set cookies on a plate, the flat surface facing up.
Scoop the ice cream and spread it generously on one cookie.
Sprinkle extra chocolate chips then cover with another cookie.
Freeze until ready to eat.
Serve and enjoy!

Crunch outside, gooey inside. Yummy. Vegan.

I am not sure why it is not labelled vegan, i think it should as it is dairy-free and ingredients list does not contain any egg. This is sooo good, i really enjoyed it! Instructions are simple - bake in 170°C/350°F for 6-8min and enjoy. Nice and crunchy outside but wonderfully gooey inside. Awesome dipped in almond milk. ❤ definitely purchasing again when my stash runs out.

Yummy Cookie

I like the cookie so much. It's not the usual sweet cookie that you can find in an ordinary store. It has a distinct taste that I like. Mind you, I have sweet tooth, but even if it's not sweet. For me, it's perfect.
