This bread is made for people with gluten intolerance and is safe for those who have Celiac disease, a serious genetically-inherited long-term autoimmune disorder that damages the small intestines during ingestion of foods containing gluten.

Gluten is a set of protein found in foods such as wheats, barley, rye, cereals, oats and certain grains. Its main role is to keep the food together and maintain its shape.

It has a similar taste like a traditional french bread. Crusty with sesame seeds on the outside and all tenderness inside. Excellent on its own, can be made as bruschettas, sandwiches, toasts, the possibilities are endless.

Ingredients:  

brown rice flour, sorghum flour, cassava starch, flax seeds, (with sesame seeds sprinkled on top), expeller-pressed coconut oil

Storage:

For convenience, you may slice bread and baguette before storing in the freezer.

Store bread in the freezer for up to 3 months, well wrapped.

You can also store bread in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 weeks.

*Do not use the microwave to defrost or heat.

Defrosting:

Defrost bread before thoroughly before slicing. From the freezer, place bread in the refrigerator overnight or leave outside at room temperature for about 1-2 hours, or until it is possible to slice through the bread.

Heating:

Place the bread slices on a tray in the oven toaster and toast for 2-3 minutes or until fully heated through.
