Gluten Free Banana Carrot Loaf

Gluten free, dairy free bread freshly baked upon freezing to give yourself a hearty breakfast. It is rich and healthy and you will not get hungry, a very good way to start the day.

Also made of brown rice flour, sorghum flour, white rice flour, cassava starch, carrots, banana, eggs, brown sugar, coconut oil, cinnamon and baking soda. 

Storage

Store in the freezer for up to 3 months, well wrapped.

You can also store cookies and muffins at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Heating (optional)

Do not defrost or heat in the microwave. Allow to defrost 30 minutes at room temperature. Bake in oven at 170C for 10-12 minutes.

You won't know it's dairy and gluten free
If you ate this by accident, you will never realized that it's actually gluten & dairy free. Gluten free alternatives are usually noticeable because of its distinct taste. But this one resembles the normal banana loaf bread. It's just delicious.
