A dry rosé wine produced in the vineyard of Provence-Corsica, the wine region of Provence, southeast of France with terroirs that are of the right climate, ideal soils, and alluvial sands.

Tasting Notes

Pale pink salmon color with a nose that exudes soft red fruit and a hint of flowers. It is dry, full-bodied, crisp, and refreshing, very well balanced and everything you would expect from a really good Provence Rosé established as a table gourmet rosé wine.

Alcohol content: 12.5%

Pairing

Ideal with the oil and garlic-based cuisine of Provence or with fish, chicken, or even tomato-based pasta and of course by itself. It can also be paired very well with a myriad of aperitifs, starters, or main dishes such as Eggplant Caviar, Zucchini gratin with mascarpone, Burrata à l’Italienne, Tuna potato croquettes, Caesar salad, Salmon dishes, Scrambled eggs with asparagus, Ratatouille, and so much more.
