An excellent Bordeaux red wine from France made with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc.

Fermentation and long maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Thanks to a specific system, the pomace is still submerged. daily pumping.

Tasting notes

Dark red with a complex nose, notes of candied fruit and vanilla, mouth full of roundness and flexibility. Very well balanced with a long finish.

Vinification: total destemming. Fermentation and long maceration in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Thanks to a specific system, the marc cap is always submerged.

Alcohol content: 13.5%
