Salmon-Stuffed Potatoes

Salmon-Stuffed Potatoes


Combined with a green vegetable and a protein-rich stuffing without adding too much fat, this complete potato dish is ideal for Lent. And put none to waste, as you can use the potato flesh, and the green of the leeks as base for soup.

Ingredients

4 medium-sized potatoes (about 125 g)
400 g leek white
130 g salmon fillet
2 eggs
2 tbsp dried dill
1/2 lemon
salt and pepper

Directions

Wash the potatoes and hollow them out, keeping the skin and about 1 cm of flesh, then cook in steam.
Wash the leek. Slice the white part then steam..
Place the salmon on a sheet of baking paper.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, close tightly and cook for 5 minutes in the microwave oven.
Let cool.
Beat the egg with the dill and sprinkle a little salt and pepper.
Add the cooled down and crumbled salmon and some of the warmed leeks.
Preheat the oven to 210°C (th.7).
Cover the bottom of an ovenproof dish with a sheet of parchment paper.
Arrange the potatoes and top with the salmon mixture.
Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with leeks.

Cheese Hungarian-Potato Casserole

 

Enjoy the perfect combination of creamy cheese, savory sausages, and steak fries in one casserole, for a truly scrumptious dinner with the fam!

Ingredients

250 g cheese hungarian sausages
300 g steak fries
100 g raclette cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 pack all-purpose cream
1 pc onion
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Preheat the oven.
Slice the onions and chop the garlic.
Cut the sausages into circular slices then cut in half.
In a pan, heat the olive oil then sauté onion and garlic.
After one minute, add the sausages and potatoes.
Cook until the potatoes become brown.
Add the cream and simmer for a few minutes.
Transfer to a baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake on high heat until the cheese melts.
Let sit to cool down before serving.

a fist of asparagus
half pack of Smoked Salmon
1 tbsp butter
a bowl of ice water
2 eggs, poached
salt and pepper

Directions

Boil the asparagus until tender.
Plunge in a bowl of ice water, drain, then set aside.
Poach the eggs, set aside.
In a pan, cook the cooled asparagus with butter in medium high heat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place the cooked asparagus on a plate.
Then lay the smoked salmon slices on them.
Top with the poached eggs.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to finish.

3 Butter Croissants
half a fist of sliced almonds
an egg wash

Directions

Defrost the butter croissant for 15-20mins before baking.
Place the three pastries on a baking sheet.

Bake for 16-18 minutes.

Leave to cool for 10 minutes.

Salmon Fillets in Chinese Cabbage

 

The complementing light spicy flavors of Chinese cabbage and piquant curry will blend well to reveal salmon's indulgent taste in a dietetic dish. To your ovens!


Ingredients

2 Salmon Fillet Portions
300 g Chinese cabbage
1 onion
2 tbsp fish stock powder
1 tsp curry powder
Salt and pepper

Directions

Dilute the fish stock in a cup of water, and set aside.
Peel and chop the onion.
Fry in a wok until dry and set aside.
Wash and finely chop the Chinese cabbage.
In the same wok, cook the Chinese cabbage over medium heat.
Halfway through cooking, add the diluted fish stock, curry powder, salt, and pepper. The cabbage should be melting.
Meanwhile, cut the salmon into large cubes.
Dry fry them in a non-stick pan, then add them to the wok.
Continue cooking for 5 minutes and serve hot!
